What we collect
To prepare your report we collect your full name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth and your contact details (WhatsApp number and email). For compatibility reports we collect the same details for both partners.
How we use it
Your details are used solely to prepare and deliver your report and to answer questions about it. We do not use them for profiling, advertising or automated decision-making.
Who can see it
Your birth details and your report are never sold, rented or shared with third parties. Access is limited to Smratti Sharrma and the small team preparing your reading.
Payments
Payments are processed on acharyasmratti.org through its payment provider. We never see or store your full card or banking information.
Retention and your rights
We keep your details only as long as needed to service your order and any follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
