Before work begins
If you change your mind before we start preparing your report, message us on WhatsApp and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Once work has begun
Each report is hand-prepared for one person from their own birth details, so orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has started.
If something is wrong
If your report is incomplete, unreadable, prepared from incorrect details we entered, or never reaches you, write to us and we will correct and re-deliver it at no cost.
Swapping a report
Ordered the wrong report by mistake? Tell us within 24 hours and we will move your payment to the correct report wherever preparation has not yet started.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within five to seven working days.
